About us
Message from Founder
Nurturing has always been a part of who I am, and children – especially those in distress are very close to my heart. So, immediately after my retirement from Delhi University, I began doing my part to support young ones in need of care.
With this vision, I founded “SHUBHKANKSHA KIRAN BAHUDHANDHI VIKAS” Society to provide academic and social support to marginalised children. I am deeply grateful to my dedicated team, whose unwavering efforts help bring smiles to the children who grow and flourish through our NGO
Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to empower and uplift marginalized sections of society by:
- Providing education through formal, non-formal, and certified Open Basic Education (OBE) programs under NIOS.
- Offering skill training to enhance employability and self-sufficiency.
- Supporting the social, economic, and emotional rehabilitation of women and children facing challenges such as domestic abuse, substance abuse, homelessness, crime and so on.
- Ensuring access to essential healthcare for those in need.
Our Impact
- Raise Awareness: We raise awareness about the benefits of Studying Abroad and provide world-class educational opportunities to nurture confident Young Leaders.
- Empowering Schools & Students: Our School Contact Programme fosters discussions on environmental and educational issues, preparing a proactive generation.
- Building Leaders: Through our Inter School Fests, we unite over 1,100 participants for learning, cultural exchange, and leadership inspiration.
- Environmental Advocacy: Our “Alvida Plastic Bags” Initiative, led by student ambassadors, tackles plastic pollution and inspires widespread action
